CANCELATION POLICY

A minimum of 48 hour notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment. If your appointment is canceled by any reason after 48 hours, you will automatically forfeit your deposit, and 50% of service will be charge to card on file, this applies to same day cancelations and late arrivals. There is a 15 minute late grace period before appointment is canceled. No call no shows will result in forfeit deposit and 100% of service charged to card on file, all future appointments will have to be paid in full at booking. You will be allowed 1 reschedule with proper 48+ hour notice. If by any reason a second reschedule occurs your deposit will be forfeited and a new booking deposit will have to be made to rebook. 

PAYMENT
Payments can be made with any major credit/ debit card, Apple Pay, or cash. Note: (if paid with card there is an additional fee added to transactions.) Avoid fee by paying cash, please bring exact amount as change may not be available.
All sales and services are final, there is no refunds on services.



GUESTS
No additional guests will be allowed in studio as appointments can take long hours, please accommodate accordingly. Guests are welcome to wait in lobby on first floor.
